Copyright Infringement

Any claim related to copyright infringement should be submitted to the Editor at editor@ijgrd.com with the subject line “Copyright Infringement.”

All claims must be supported by documentary evidence demonstrating prior publication, copyright ownership, or patent rights held by the aggrieved party before the publication date of the concerned IJGRD article.

Upon receipt of a valid claim, the IJGRD Editorial Board will examine the matter and, if deemed necessary, will notify the concerned author(s) to submit a formal explanation. The review and discussion process will be conducted in a transparent and impartial manner, with due communication to both parties.

The IJGRD Editorial Board reserves the sole authority to determine the validity of any copyright infringement claim. If the claim is found to be justified, the article will be removed from all IJGRD archives, databases, and servers, and it will not appear in any future print versions of the corresponding issue.

In cases where the issue can be resolved through minor corrections—such as the addition of missing citations or references—the author(s) will be instructed to make the necessary amendments in accordance with IJGRD’s article correction policy. The revised version will undergo peer review, similar to a new submission, and may be published in the same volume and issue number.

All copyright infringement claims are treated with the highest priority. A response will be issued within three (3) working days, provided the claim is accompanied by sufficient documentary evidence.
